NN Direct is the application that brings to your phone the most important information about NN's insurance and pension plans.

You can conveniently and securely pay insurance premiums or voluntary pension contributions with any bank card, and you can save your card details for easier payments. If you are an investment enthusiast, you can also easily conduct transactions with investment units through the app.

Furthermore, you have access to a history of your paid insurance premiums and pension contributions, and you can update your personal or contact information whenever there are any changes by simply scanning your ID card.

In the event of a covered incident, you can submit all the details through the dedicated menu in NN Direct, where you can also track the status of your request. We will notify you if any additional documents are required, which you can conveniently upload through the app.

Account activation is quick and remote, and for authentication, you can choose the classic option (email and password) or, even easier, facial recognition or fingerprint.
